Joining the growing stable of Peak District pubs operated by Rick Ellison (who has turned round the fortunes of the Old Hall Hotel in Hope and the Peak Hotel in Castleton - both of which offer good value, comfortable accommodation) - the Anchor at 4 Lanes End, Tideswell, Derbyshire, Peak District has been re-vitalised.
With ALL DAY opening, beer garden, open fires, real ales from Robinson's brewery, good food available all day every day and a convivial welcome from the friendly new team the Anchor is now firmly back on the map of the best pubs in the Peak District.
